Q – How long will it take to receive my new boat?
A – Depending on your location and the time of year, most orders are received within approximately 6 weeks.
Q – Where is Paddle Steam?
A – We are everywhere! We are on-line and ship directly from the Finn factory in Perth to almost every corner of Australia.
Q – Is my new boat insured while in transit to me, the customer?
A – Absolutely.
Q – What payment options do I have?
A – We offer direct on-line banking and accept most credit cards on line or you may mail a cheque. Customers may also phone through payment details
Q – How do I find out the cost of freight to my door if I don’t live in a capital city metro area?
A – Please email your post code and choice of boat, canoe, surf ski or kayak and we’ll usually reply on the same day.
Q – How do I know when my new boat is about to arrive?
A – As soon as your boat is dispatched we provide you with an on-line tracking link – you can watch it heading in your direction. The freight folk will also call you just before delivery to make sure you or someone nominated will be available to sign the delivery docket.
Q – Can I have a refund if I change my mind?
A – Yes! If you change your mind for any reason, prior to dispatch, we will refund in full back through the original method of payment. Any refunds for any reason will always be back through the method of original payment.
Please note that all Finn watercraft are proudly manufactured in Western Australia, all due care is taken in construction and, due to being hand built, may have very minor manufacturing irregularities that go toward making this product individually special.
